Online Application Requirements

After you submit your Application, please be prepared to provide the following items in order for us to continue with processing:

• Application-Signed, Dated and all requested information entered properly
• Bank Statement(s)-All stated balances must be verifiable (3 months ALL PAGES)
• Additional Asset Statements (401k, Stocks and Investment accounts)
• Income Verification-Current Paystub and Recent Tax Return, W-2/1099, etc.
• Copy of Applicant(s) Driver's License and Social Security Card
• Entity Documents (DBA Certificate, LLC or Corporate Organization Documents)

Additional Items needed for Loan Processing:

• Executed Purchase Contract
• Title Company Contact information (Closer, Phone, Fax, Email)
• Loan Request Form (must state Applicant's plan for property: sell or refinance?)
• Repair List and Access to Property (lock box code)
• Inspection Fee and Appraisal Fee $450.00 (Credit Card Authorization form)
